Outreach

We are involved in several different local and national/global outreach programs.  We seek to serve our neighbors near and far of all races, backgrounds, languages and needs.

Currently we have partnered with our own local City Rescue Mission – a homeless shelter and food bank who serve those in need of the greater city of New Castle.  Each month donations are supplied, depending on the need and recommendations given to us by the Mission.  

Most recently we partnered with ELECT – Education Leading to Employment and Career Training in Lawrence, Mercer and Butler Counties where we provided school supplies and participate in an Angel Tree during the Christmas season. We also support the Arise shelter that  serves victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Other Serious Crimes and Older Victims of Any Crime, as well as provides services to Human Trafficking victims. 

We also support national and global outreach ministries including but not limited to: Food for the Poor, Bread for the World and the United Thank Offering.  Our Diocese has participated in several mission trips including the Dominican Republic which we support on an annual basis.

Trinity is always seeking ways to support and care for others as our response to God’s call to us as Christians and recipients of God’s grace, mercy and love.
