Funeral Preplanning Info

As we transition from one life to the next our loved ones are left with so many questions and decisions.

Our desire is always to honor the life of those who are no longer with us but now rest with our Lord. This document was created to aid the planning process for Episcopal burial, based on the Book of Common Prayer.

This is a preliminary document and is supplemental in consultation with the priest or deacon in the planning process. Please download and submit the completed document to the parish office.

Please note – if Trinity is used in any capacity, a Building Use Agreement form must be signed and submitted to the parish office.
